Acceptance of Terms

Your access to 6k444 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6k444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 6k444 website, mobile browser platform, and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the 6k444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6k444 platform.

6k444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 6k444 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Material changes that affect existing player rights will be communicated via a platform notice or email where reasonably practicable.

Eligibility Requirements

Players must meet all eligibility criteria before registering or using the 6k444 platform.

Access to the 6k444 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. 6k444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any point, including at the time of withdrawal. Accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age. The 6k444 platform is strictly for adults. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.
• 2.2You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not open player accounts. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 6k444.
• 2.3You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false identity information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• 2.4You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• 2.5You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 6k444 or any of its affiliated game providers. Employees and associates are not permitted to hold player accounts.

Account Registration and Security

One account per person. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your 6k444 account.

When you register a 6k444 account, you create a single personal account in your own name and for your own use only. Account sharing, account selling, account transfer, or any arrangement whereby a third party accesses or controls your account is prohibited. 6k444 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

• 3.1You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification and security OTP delivery. Providing a mobile number belonging to another person is prohibited.
• 3.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6k444 login credentials (username, password, and any security codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 6k444 will never ask for your full password via any channel.
• 3.3Any activity conducted via your account — whether by you or by a third party who obtained access through your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 6k444 support immediately via the official contact address.
• 3.4Duplicate accounts — where one individual registers more than one 6k444 account — will be detected and closed. Any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be cancelled and the accounts may be permanently banned without return of funds deposited under fraudulent registration.
• 3.56k444 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if it determines that a player has violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 6k444 are subject to the following terms.

6k444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6k444 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will be subject to reversal.

• 4.1The minimum deposit amount at 6k444 is ৳50 for most game categories. Maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method and player account tier. 6k444 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
• 4.2Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Players who have not completed identity verification may not withdraw funds. 6k444 may request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal if the transaction triggers internal security thresholds.
• 4.3Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the 6k444 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, including bKash or Nagad numbers not registered in the player's name, are not permitted.
• 4.4Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–24 hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. 6k444 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 4.56k444 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bKash, Nagad, or bank provider may charge their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. 6k444 recommends checking your payment provider's current fee schedule before transacting.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by 6k444 are subject to these terms and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6k444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion will specify its own qualifying conditions, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry date. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only. All other matters remain governed by these Terms.

• 5.1Bonuses are credited in bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are met in full. Real money and bonus funds are tracked separately. Real money balance is used first; bonus balance is used when real money balance reaches zero.
• 5.26k444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including during an active promotional period, if it determines that the promotion is being misused or that technical errors have affected the promotion's operation.
• 5.3Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the normal withdrawal process following completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• 5.46k444 may at its sole discretion offer personalised promotions to individual players based on account history and activity. These offers are non-transferable and their existence does not create an obligation to offer equivalent promotions to any other player.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6k444 platform.

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and funds withheld pending investigation. 6k444 reserves the right to share relevant information with law enforcement agencies where legally required.

• 7.1Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the 6k444 platform in place of a human player. This includes but is not limited to auto-clicking tools, statistical prediction systems linked to automated betting, and game-manipulation software.
• 7.2Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information across tables in live casino environments, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• 7.3Registering more than one account on the 6k444 platform, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• 7.4Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the 6k444 platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other form of financial crime.
• 7.5Exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not legitimately won through normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recouped by 6k444.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6k444 platform is protected by intellectual property rights.

The 6k444 name, logo, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game integrations, and all other content on the platform are the intellectual property of 6k444 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership right in any content on the platform.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any part of the 6k444 platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 6k444. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of platform data is prohibited. Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers.

Limitation of Liability

6k444's liability to players is limited as set out in this section.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6k444 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or losses caused by platform downtime. 6k444's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 9.16k444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 6k444 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
• 9.2Game outcomes at 6k444 are determined by certified RNG systems operated by licensed third-party game providers. 6k444 does not control individual game outcomes and is not liable for losses sustained during normal gameplay where RNG systems are functioning correctly.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the 6k444 platform's operations.

6k444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, 6k444 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via platform notification or registered email. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms, together with any promotion-specific terms and the 6k444 Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6k444 with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by 6k444 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
